   Ron Justice make the Best addtion to any CW or CC.  The Rock.  In my experience  The Chuck has been the weak link for me.  Ron has come up with a replacement chuck that reduces noise, and vibration.  The Rock also in myu case provides for a cleaner carve that  was not seeing with the current QC that comes with the units.  Thanks Ron
